To view and edit the schedule of your team members, click Team Schedule.



Filters are available should you wish to view it per Project or any available options in the Filter menu.

To add assignments to your team members by clicking Add Assignments, then on the window that pops up, fill in the necessary fields.



  • Assign to - select the user you want to assign the task to

  • Project - select the Project to be assigned

  • Timesheet Category - select from the following:

    • Billable

      • Billable - BAU - tasks when the project is already in Business as Usual (BAU)

      • Billable - Dev - tasks related to technology development projects

      • Billable - Mobilisation - tasks related to mobilisation or business transition

    • Non-Billable

      • Admin Tasks - any administrative tasks such as filing, reading emails, organizing his/her own workspace

      • Break - authorized breaks based on his/her schedule

      • Idle - any idle time where nothing is being done

        Note: All Billable and Non-Billable categories are added by default

  • Task - select the specific task to be recorded as timesheet item

  • Daily Hours - state the required daily hours

  • Start Date - enter the start date when the activity is supposed to start

  • End Date - enter the end date when the activity is supposed to be completed


Once everything is in order, click Save
